I was Coldwell Banker's "Rookie of the Year" in 2000, and broke several company records within the first 3 years. Written up by Realtor Magazine for my amazing accomplishments, I sold over 100 million in 2004, and am a member of the Coldwell Banker Legend's Society. I was ranked 16th in the nation out of 65,000 agents when I left the organization in 2005 in order to create my own vision of real estate, in 2007 I decided to open my own brokerage, Debra Parker Real Estate, with my long time partner and daughter Alicia Chapman.
